Flavours Boulevard is a classic case of “Start Small, Dream Big”. Started off as a hand-cart in Koregaon Park and FC Road, Flavours has now launched their own multi-storey café in Baner.
Located right opposite Green Park, Flavours has an open-to-air seating on the side of the building with some wonderful and quirky wall art to give it a very street-side café feel. The first floor houses some indoor seating while the best location is their rooftop which offers a wonderful view of the city skyline.

Recently I was called over for a #FoodTasting session and honestly, I was impressed by my overall experience.
Italian Classic Pizzas
The Grilled Herb Veg Pizza as well as the Spicy Vegetable Ranch Pizza both have a thin crust with generous amounts of toppings which included red, yellow and green bell peppers, black olives, jalapenos, and corn all spread on a bed of tomato sauce and copious amounts of cheese. The difference in the looks and taste is attributed to the different methods of chopping the veggies. The Ranch pizza had chunkier cuts which the veggie toppings on the grilled herb pizza were finely chopped.

|Spicy Vegetable Ranch Pizza [Rs. 120 / Rs. 170]|
Taking nothing away from either, both were absolutely delicious. #YumYum
Flavours believe in making everything in-house from scratch and refrain from using any canned goods. And this process shows results in the quality of the end product that is served to the customer. The Big Nachos is made using in-house nachos and freshly cooked red beans topped with bell peppers, green olives, jalapenos, onions, cheese sauce. The crunch of the nachos goes very well with the soft beans and the bite of the bell peppers. A perfect sharing dish between friends! #DeliciousDelicious

The Alforno Pink Pasta had penne tossed in a blend of red and white sauce, broccoli and bell peppers. It is an Indianized version of the sauce but was extremely delicious nonetheless. The garlic bread with cheese served with it, could have been a little more garlicky.

Flavours uses butter to prepare their Maggie dishes. While the Cheese Maggi was cheesy enough, the strong flavor of the cheese went contradictory to the taste of the butter. However, the Regular Maggie tasted wonderful thanks to the buttery goodness.

With more than 40+ varieties of sandwiches on their menu, Flavours is the ultimate sandwich king, a moniker which they earned then their chocolate sandwich went viral and is still one of their most popular and best-selling item.
Tried their Pahadi Cheese Grill Toast which came loaded with veggies and garnished with liberal amount of grated cheese. Extremely filling, this is perfect for those 4 PM hunger pangs. Pair this with their Mango Blast, and your 7 PM dinner too is sorted! 😀

Instead of the regular pav bhaji, we opted to try their Khada Pav Bhaji which has a courser mash of veggies in the gravy. The bhaji was perfectly cooked and the additional masala simply brought out all flavours of the dish. Pair it with a couple of pavs slathered in Amul butter and you are in food heaven. #DeliciousDelicious

Apart from the sandwiches, the chocolate sandwich in particular, the other USP of Flavours are their Mango Blast and Jamun Shots.
Thick milkshake made using naturally ripened hapoos mangoes and topped with additional mango chunks make up their Mango Blast. Colours as gorgeous as the brilliance of the setting sun, every bite is guaranteed to elicit moans of pleasure. The Jamun Shots too are equally amazing. Thick consistency with a grainy texture, this is pure and all jamun with no mixers. Served in shot glasses, you’ll still need a spoon to eat it. #HighlyRecommended #DeliciousDelicious

|Jamun Shots [Rs. 60]|
While Flavours may be soaring the skies on the wings of success, the owners are all-too humble and well grounded, being involved in all aspects of running the place – right from greeting all customers to even wiping down tables. And their passion is evident in everything that make up the place – the ambiance, the music, the service and most importantly, the food.
A big shout-out to Saagar and Prayyas for inviting us and Team Flavours for hosting us.
